Some Fishes Thrive In Aquariums

Once there was a little fish named Kat.
She always swam in the four corners of her room;
fearful of the outside world,
frightened she might get lost
in the ocean of life.

As time passed,
she grew older and was forced to wander.
It was difficult for her to navigate through life,
First the rapids;
then the turbulent days that never seem to end,
and next was the still waters;
the calm days that seems to go by quickly.

In time, she realized
Kat-fishes do not dance with sharks
because they have whiskers.
A lion was the king of the jungle,
but she was just a fish in the ocean.

Call her Anti-social.
Yes, she’s very introverted.
She’s overly cautious, and she loves small spaces.
Some fishes thrive in aquariums,
such was Kat’s story.
